Strong packaging, lighter footprint
Corrugated board is one of the most recycled materials in the world. We build on that by designing packs that use only the fibre they need and by keeping our own production waste in circulation.
Recyclable by design
Every board we run is kraft-based and fully recyclable, with water-based inks and minimal laminates so packs re-enter the paper stream cleanly.
Right-weight engineering
Structural testing lets us hit the required burst and compression strength with less fibre — lighter packs, lower freight, same protection.
Low-waste production
Trim and off-cuts are collected and returned to mills for repulping, while nested die layouts reduce board consumption per order.
Efficient dispatch
Flat-pack delivery and consolidated loads cut the number of trips needed to move the same volume of packaging.
